President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has left Accra for Abuja to attend a two-day International Conference on Transformative Governance in Africa.

Tafo Police Arrest 6 In Alleged Lesbians Stoning
Two alleged lesbian girls have been rescued by the police in Tafo in the Ashanti region after a mob threatened to beat them up.
The identities of the girls remain concealed but the Tafo-Pankrono Divisional Police Commander, ACP Francis Agrippa confirmed it was a tense situation at the compound when police were called in.
Newmont Ghana Named Country’s Largest Taxpayer For 2017
The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has named Newmont Ghana the country’s Overall Largest and Best Taxpayer for 2017 under its Large Taxpayer Office at its annual awards ceremony to honour employees and other stakeholders.
In 2016, the company emerged second Overall taxpayer.
